Unlike some agencies, we look after our tenants just as much as our landlords – the result: they look after our landlords’ homes better!!  Communication and a caring management team mean that your property is looked after and your tenant remains happy in their home.  Most disputes arise when a tenant has been unable to communicate effectively with either the Landlord or the Landlord’s managing agent – we go to great lengths to ensure this is not the case with our tenants and consequently, our tenants stay longer, we have fewer disputes over property condition (many return it in better condition than at the start!) and a smoother changeover period when a new tenant moves in, which for landlords means fewer empty periods and a higher overall income for the year.

Our Fees

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our fees are listed below for your information but are subject to change so please inquire with us to confirm.

Landlord Fees

Finder’s Fee £450 plus vat / £495 plus vat (Managed / Let Only)

Management Fee 10% plus vat (Portfolio Landlords will benefit from our reduced rate so please enquire if you have more than one property)

EPC £120 + vat

Safety Certificates – these vary depending on what you require.

Inventory £95+vat

Renewal Fee £150 +vat / £175 +vat (Managed / Let Only)

Tenant Fees

Company Application fee £600+vat

Tenancy amendment fee £150 plus vat. (Change of names etc)
