For us to put your application forward to the landlord, please complete the form below. Before doing so, please ensure you read carefully the terms and conditions at the bottom of this page before submitting your application so you are fully aware of what happens next and what fees you must pay.

Upon receipt of your application, we will contact the Landlord to submit your offer. Should he/she accept, we will contact you to take payment for your application fee. Cash is not accepted at any of our offices.
Once your application has been approved by the Landlord and you have paid your fee, you will be sent a reference request via email for you to fill in online.
When referencing is completed, you will be contacted to confirm a date and time to move in.
Before you can move into the property, you must provide evidence that you have a valid Tenant Liability Insurance policy in place -we can assist with the arrangement of this policy. Our partner Company Tenant Shop will provide you with details of offers relating to insurance, broadband, utilities and removals once your application has been accepted. Your are not obliged to use these services but you may find them useful in arranging your move in.
At check in, you will be required to pay the first months rent in advance, the deposit and your check in fee of £72. You will also be required to produce evidence of a valid tenant liability insurance policy before you will be able to collect your keys.
This payment must be cleared in our client account BEFORE you attend our offices.
Any changes to the date of sign up once this has been agreed are subject to an admin fee. We cannot guarantee you can move into your property on your chosen date although we make all possible efforts to ensure the required date is met.
At your check in, you will receive the keys and all associated paperwork relating to your tenancy.
We will also go through your rights and obligations and who you should call should you require assistance in your new home. Rent is due monthly in advance and you will be required to produce a standing order mandate.
Foreign Nationals If you are joining a UK company you must provide a letter from them confirming your new salary before we can process your application. Your application will be discussed in more detail with one of our advisors.
If a guarantor is required, they will need to complete a reference also to ensure they can meet the payments should you fall into default. Deposits Under new legislation, all tenancy deposits are protected in an approved scheme.
We currently use the Deposit Protection Service. We will provide you with information regarding this when you sign your agreement. To apply, please complete the below form in full.

Please also note that failure to disclose any Credit Problems, County Court Judgements or previous negative landlord references (that are discovered during referencing) will result in your application being declined. In this instance you, will not be eligible for your application fees to be refunded.
